The following are books that I have read and recommend for middle school students. A growing list of books is on the right, titled "Book List," and each new post will feature a specific book or series of books that I will elaborate on. Visitors can post their thoughts on books I recommend as well, and they can also contribute to the recommended book list page. Enjoy!

Three Times Lucky, by Sheila Turnage
Three Times Lucky, by Sheila Turnage, was a cute book that students read for literature circles. The story is a mystery that takes place in a small hick town in North Carolina. There's a girl who was separated from her mother when she was just a baby, there's a murder in the town where everyone is a suspect, and an unsolved bank robbery that happened a few years back. More appropriately, this book should be named "Three Times UNlucky," but the book was very enjoyable and I'm lucky to have read it!

Three Times Lucky, by Sheila Turnage, was an awesome book. It is about a mysterious murder of a person that lives in Tupelo Landing. Read when a girl Moe and her friend Dale try to solve this mystery, with some help from a real detective of course. This book is an easy read but still as good as any other story I have read. If you like mysteries and being on the edge of your seat you will enjoy Three Times Lucky.
ReplyDeletethis book three times lucky was a very good book by Sheila Turnage. This book is about a girl named Mo and her best friend Dale. When a murder mystery happens in the town of Tupelo Landing they are on the case as quick as a snap. With the help of some detectives. I don't want to ruin the book but if you read it your going to love it. It is a easy read but might look long. You will want to keep reading once you start the first page.

"Three Times Lucky" was a very interesting book. When a mysterious murder happens in Tupelo Landing, a girl named Mo and her best friend Dale try to solve the mystery with some help of some real detectives. They find out some stuff you never would have guessed would happen! This book starts out slow but once you get in to the book a little more, you will be dying to see happens next. "There Times Lucky" was a very enjoyable book.
